Cancellation & Refund Policy

1) Scope & Roles
BookMyUmrahTrip (operated by ThreeQube Travels Pvt. Ltd.) is a technology platform & booking partner.
All Umrah/Hajj/holiday packages listed on BookMyUmrahTrip are operated and invoiced by licensed service providers (“Provider”).
- The Provider is the seller of travel services (flights, hotels, visa, ground services).
- BookMyUmrahTrip facilitates discovery, booking coordination, document collection, and customer support.
The slabs below are for transparency. The Provider’s policy governs in case of conflict.
2) How to Cancel
Submit cancellation via:
- BookMyUmrahTrip Dashboard → Booking → Cancel, or
- Email: support@bookmyumrahtrip.com
Required:
- Booking ID, passenger name(s), contact number
- Government ID/passport copy
- Supporting documents (if applicable, see §6)
BookMyUmrahTrip will coordinate with the Provider and share final deductions for your approval.
3) Standard Cancellation Slabs (Guidance)
Actual slabs on your package (visible at booking) will apply.

Notes:
- Airline penalties, fare differences, and visa/insurance fees are always extra.
- Multi-room/multi-traveler bookings may be charged per traveler.
4) Amendments / Date Changes
- Most airlines/hotels/Providers treat amendments as cancellation + rebooking.
- Any allowed amendment will include airline/hotel/Provider fees + fare/price difference + service fee.
5) Refunds: Method, Who Pays, and Timelines
A) When you paid the Provider directly
- Provider issues the invoice and processes refunds/credit notes.
- BookMyUmrahTrip tracks and assists, but funds flow from Provider.
B) If BookMyUmrahTrip collected “on behalf of Provider” (only if shown)
- Refunds released after BookMyUmrahTrip receives funds from Provider/airline.
- Timelines start from date of receipt by BookMyUmrahTrip.
Indicative Timelines:
- Airline/hotel/vendor reversals: 7–21 working days
- Provider settlement to customer: +5–10 working days
- Credit Notes: validity/transferability as per Provider
Bank refunds may take longer and attract bank charges.
6) Exceptions / Compassionate Consideration
Partial relief may be considered (Provider’s discretion) with valid documents:
- Death of traveler (death certificate)
- Hospitalization preventing travel (hospital-issued certificate)
- Visa rejection (visa/processing/insurance charges remain non-refundable)
7) Non-Refundable / Special Components
- Visa, insurance, MOFA/biometric fees (once applied)
- Partially used services, no-shows, denied boarding due to ID issues
- Peak-season/Ramadan/Hajj surcharges marked NRF (Non-Refundable)
- Promotional deals labeled non-refundable
8) Payment Policy (Milestones)
Umrah
- Booking Amount: ₹30,000 per person (may vary based on the package)
- Balance: Due 21 days before departure
Ramadan
- Booking Amount: ₹30,000 per person (may vary based on the package)
- Balance: 100% before Ramadan visa issuance
Missed payment milestones may lead to cancellation with deductions per Provider policy.
9) Force Majeure
BookMyUmrahTrip/Provider not liable for cancellations due to:
- Natural disasters (flood, earthquake, etc.)
- Political unrest, war, civil instability
- Government restrictions, lockdowns
- Airline strikes or transport disruptions
Refunds follow Provider/vendor policies. Relief is passed on when/if received.
10) Taxes, Invoices & Credits
- Provider issues the Tax Invoice (with GST/TCS).
- BookMyUmrahTrip may issue booking confirmations or receipts, but not a tax invoice for packages.
- Credit notes (if issued) are per Provider’s terms.

- Your travel services are provided & invoiced by the Provider.
- Provider policies & third-party (airline/hotel/consulate) rules govern cancellations, amendments, and refunds.
- BookMyUmrahTrip’s role is to facilitate and support your request with the Provider.
