PREFACE
BookMyUmrahTrip, operated by ThreeQube Travels Pvt. Ltd., is an online technology platform that facilitates the booking of Umrah packages.
We collaborate exclusively with licensed Umrah service providers (“Providers”), who are solely responsible for operating, fulfilling, and invoicing all travel services, which may include flights, accommodations, visas, transportation, and other Umrah-related arrangements as described in each package.
BookMyUmrahTrip shall be referred to as the “Platform”, and the individual making a booking shall be referred to as the “User” in the Terms and Conditions listed below.
By purchasing any Umrah package via our platform, whether online or offline, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" refers to BookMyUmrahTrip, operated by ThreeQube Travels Pvt Ltd.
- "User" refers to any individual using our platform for Umrah package bookings.
- “Provider” refers to the licensed Umrah service provider responsible for delivering and invoicing the travel services included in the package.
- "Single" - A room assigned to one person.
- "Twin" - A room that has two single-size beds, each for one person.
- "Double" - A room intended for two people, usually a couple, assigned to two people. May have one or more beds.
- "Triple" - A room that can accommodate three persons and has been fitted with either three single beds, or one double bed and one twin bed, or two double beds.
- "Quad" - A room assigned to four people. May have two or more beds.
- "Quint" - A room assigned to five people. May have two or more beds.
- "Adult" - A person aged 18 years or over.
- "Child with Bed" - Children between 2 to 11 years old who should be accompanied by an adult in a room with a bed.
- "Child without Bed" - Children between 2 to 4 years old who should be accompanied by an adult in a room without a bed.
- "Infant" - Children between nine (9) days old to below twenty-four (24) months (on the date of travel for the first outbound flight).
2. Applicability
2.1 All Umrah package rates listed on BookMyUmrahTrip are applicable to Indian citizens only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.2 Package rates exclude international and domestic airfare, unless clearly mentioned in the specific package details.
2.3 Prices may be revised due to factors including, but not limited to:
- Fluctuations in foreign exchange rates
- Government regulations or new taxes
- Additional charges imposed by Providers, airlines, hotels, transportation services, or other third-party operators
2.4 Last-minute adjustments, surcharges, or policy changes from hotels, airlines, ground transport providers, visa agencies, restaurants, or other service vendors may affect the final payable amount of the package.
2.5 BookMyUmrahTrip, as a technology platform, reserves the right to update package details, pricing, or terms in line with changes made by Providers or third-party service operators.
2.6 Users must carefully review the final booking summary and pricing before making any payment to confirm clarity on inclusions, exclusions, and potential additional charges.
3. Tour or Package Price Includes
3.1 Flights
- Where applicable, a return Economy or Business Class flight ticket is included.
- The specific airline, class, and route details will be mentioned in the package description.
3.2 Accommodation & Meals
- Accommodation and meal arrangements are included as per the selected Umrah package.
- Room category (Single/Twin/Double/Triple/Quad/Quint) and meal plan (e.g., breakfast, half board, full board) will be clearly specified in the package details.
3.3 Infants (below 24 months)
- Infants are charged only for the airfare component or applicable taxes, as per airline and Provider policy.
3.4 Children (2 to 11 years)
- Eligible for child fare (with or without bed) where applicable, as per the Provider’s pricing policy.
3.5 Airfare Variations
- Flight fares are subject to airline availability at the time of booking.
- If airfare is not included in the package, it will be quoted separately on request.
3.6 Taxes & Service Charges
- Government taxes, service charges, and mandatory fees are included only if explicitly mentioned in the package details.
- Any additional statutory taxes (e.g., GST, TCS) will be levied by the Provider as per law and reflected in their invoice.
3.7 Visa Processing
- Visa processing fees are included only if explicitly specified in the package details.
- Where not included, Users must arrange visas separately or may request assistance from the Provider.
3.8 Local Transportation & Ziyarah
- Local transport, guided tours, and Ziyarah visits are included as per the published itinerary.
- Additional excursions, upgrades, or private transfers will incur extra charges.
3.9 Travel Insurance
- Included only where specifically stated in the package details.
- Otherwise, Users are strongly advised to arrange their own travel/health insurance.
3.10 Tipping & Porterage
- Included only if explicitly mentioned in the package.
- In all other cases, these costs are to be borne directly by the traveler.
4. Tour Programme & Price
4.1 The package price is based on the rates advertised at the time of booking. The Umrah package, itinerary, activities, and pricing are part of the published package details provided by the licensed service provider (“Provider”).
4.2 Package prices are subject to revision due to factors including, but not limited to:
- Changes in airline fuel surcharges or ticket fares
- Variations in transportation costs (air, land, or other modes)
- Fluctuations in hotel/accommodation rates due to demand or availability
- Currency exchange rate changes
- Government taxes, regulatory updates, or additional surcharges imposed by authorities or Providers
4.3 BookMyUmrahTrip, as a technology platform, reserves the right to update or display revised package prices in line with Provider updates or market conditions, without prior notice.
4.4 Users are advised to review and confirm the final price displayed at the time of booking and payment, as real-time supplier costs may differ from earlier advertised rates.
4.5 All promotions, discounts, or special offers are subject to availability, Provider approval, and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.
5. Booking Procedures
5.1 Traveler Details
- All personal details of travelers must match exactly as stated in their passports.
- Airlines, consulates, and hotels may reject bookings if names are abbreviated, misspelled, or incomplete.
- BookMyUmrahTrip and Providers will not be responsible for losses due to incorrect information supplied by the User.
5.2 Contact Information
- Users must provide an accurate and active email address and phone number during the booking process.
- BookMyUmrahTrip is not responsible if emails are directed to spam/junk folders.
- Users are advised to mark BookMyUmrahTrip emails as “Not Spam” to ensure booking updates are received.
5.3 Emergency Contact
- Users must provide Next of Kin details during booking for emergency assistance and insurance purposes.
5.4 Booking Confirmation
- Upon receipt of the booking deposit/payment, BookMyUmrahTrip will forward the request to Providers for flight, hotel, transportation, and tour reservations.
- A Booking Confirmation will be issued to the User’s registered email once the Provider confirms services.
5.5 Payment Security
- BookMyUmrahTrip reserves the right to request proof of identity of the cardholder and a signed authorization form for payments made using a third-party credit/debit card.
- This verification process is intended solely for the protection of cardholders against fraudulent transactions.
5.6 User Responsibility
- Users are responsible for keeping their booking details, login credentials, and reference numbers secure.
- BookMyUmrahTrip shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expenses resulting from unauthorized access or disclosure of booking information.
6. Amendments to Booking
6.1 Amendment Fees
- Once an Umrah package booking is confirmed, any subsequent changes to the reservation will attract a mandatory amendment fee.
- BookMyUmrahTrip may levy a service charge per person, in addition to any fees charged by the Provider or third parties (airlines, hotels, transport operators).
- The applicable amendment fee will be communicated prior to processing the change.
6.2 Approval & Availability
- BookMyUmrahTrip will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes.
- All amendments remain subject to availability, Provider policy, and third-party approval.
- If the requested changes cannot be accommodated, the original booking terms will remain in effect.
6.3 Restriction on Last-Minute Changes
- No amendments are permitted within forty-five (45) days before the scheduled departure date.
- Any change requests within this period will be treated as a cancellation, and cancellation charges will apply as per the relevant Provider’s policy.
7. Request for Extension / Deviation
7.1 Flight Extensions & Deviations
- Any request for changes to flights, including extensions or deviations from the original travel dates, will be subject to airline ticket restrictions, fare rules, and applicable charges.
- Users must comply with the airline’s terms and pay any fare differences, penalties, or service fees as required.
7.2 Package Itinerary Deviations
- Deviations from the standard Umrah package itinerary are generally not permitted.
- If a User requests an extension, deviation, or custom arrangement, any penalty or additional charges will be the sole responsibility of the User.
- Such charges must be settled directly with the Provider or on-site service operator as per their terms.
- BookMyUmrahTrip will not be liable for any additional costs arising from such deviations.
7.3 Revisions & Updates
- BookMyUmrahTrip, as a technology platform, reserves the right to update or publish revised Terms & Conditions, fares, fees, flight schedules, routes, and pre-booked services at any time, without prior notice, based on Provider or airline policies.
7.4 Cancellations Due to Deviations
- If a User cancels a confirmed booking after paying a deposit in order to request an extension or deviation, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.
- Applicable cancellation charges will apply as per the Cancellation Policy outlined in these Terms & Conditions (see Clause 13.4).
8. Travel Documents
8.1 Passport
(a) It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that they hold a valid international passport with at least six (6) months validity from the date of return travel.
(b) Users must upload or email a clear copy of the passport particulars page to BookMyUmrahTrip upon booking confirmation, to enable accurate flight reservations, ticket issuance, rooming lists, and other arrangements.
- Accepted formats: PDF / JPEG only.
(c) Users must ensure they are not blacklisted or restricted by authorities such as Inland Revenue, Banks, Insolvency Departments, or other regulatory bodies that may prohibit international travel.
- BookMyUmrahTrip is not responsible for refunds, booking changes, or deferments due to such restrictions.
8.2 Visa Application
(a) Upon booking confirmation, Users are responsible for submitting the necessary documents for their Umrah visa application.
- BookMyUmrahTrip will provide assistance in the application process, but all required documents must be submitted promptly by the User.
- Visa processing typically requires approximately 14 working days, subject to Saudi authorities.
(b) In case of a visa rejection, BookMyUmrahTrip will assist with one re-application attempt, subject to additional charges as imposed by the visa system or Provider.
- BookMyUmrahTrip is not liable for refusals and will not provide assistance beyond two rejection attempts.
(c) If a visa is refused, BookMyUmrahTrip shall not refund any fares, fees, charges, or taxes already paid.
- Users remain solely responsible for any fines, expenses, or penalties resulting from visa refusal, deportation, or non-compliance with immigration laws.
(d) BookMyUmrahTrip, its employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for the loss of passports caused by User negligence.
(e) BookMyUmrahTrip is not liable for consequences arising from a User’s failure to:
- Obtain the required visa or travel documents, or
- Comply with immigration laws, regulations, or official instructions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
8.3 Vaccination Requirements
(a) Users must provide a valid digital certificate of COVID-19 vaccination during Umrah registration and upon entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
(b) Users must have received a minimum of two doses of a recognized COVID-19 vaccine prior to travel.
(c) It is highly recommended that Users also receive the Meningococcal (ACYW-135) vaccine upon registration for their Umrah package.
Meningococcal Quadrivalent (ACYW-135) Vaccine Requirements:
Vaccination with the Quadrivalent (ACYW) conjugate vaccine is required for:
- Residents of Makkah and Madinah.
- Individuals in contact with pilgrims, including healthcare personnel and government officials.
9. TRAVEL INSURANCE
9.1 Users must purchase travel insurance covering the entire duration of their Umrah journey. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and other travel-related incidents.
9.2 If a user already has existing insurance coverage or chooses not to purchase travel insurance, they must sign a disclaimer indemnifying BookMyUmrahTrip and its affiliates against any liability for incidents that may occur during the trip. The indemnity form will be provided by BookMyUmrahTrip's operations team prior to departure.
9.3 Users may be denied travel if they fail to sign and return the required indemnity form. In such cases, BookMyUmrahTrip shall not be liable for any refund, rescheduling, or compensation due to the denied travel.
10. HEALTH AND MEDICAL CONDITION
10.1 Users are responsible for informing BookMyUmrahTrip of any pre-existing medical conditions and must submit all required health-related documents for verification, if applicable. Failure to provide necessary health documents as required by the destination country’s authorities may result in the user being unable to join the Umrah trip.
10.2 If a user chooses to proceed with travel despite medical concerns, BookMyUmrahTrip shall not be held liable for any incidents, health complications, additional costs, penalties, or other issues that arise during the journey. In the event of a last-minute cancellation due to medical reasons, cancellation charges will apply as per Clause 13.4 of these Terms & Conditions.
10.3 If a user fails to disclose pre-existing health conditions or provides false health information, and subsequently cancels their trip due to medical issues, BookMyUmrahTrip reserves the right to deny any refund or compensation.
11. FLIGHT TIMING AND CANCELLATION
11.1 BookMyUmrahTrip is not responsible for providing flight schedules or timings. All flight schedules, delays, changes, and cancellations are solely under the control of the airline. BookMyUmrahTrip explicitly disclaims any representation, warranty, or undertaking regarding the quality, suitability, availability, or adequacy of flights listed or offered by any airline.
11.2 In the event of changes to flight timings, BookMyUmrahTrip will make its best efforts to assist in rescheduling the Umrah booking, itinerary, or flights affected by the airline’s schedule changes. However, all rescheduling is subject to availability and the policies of the respective airline and service providers.
11.3 BookMyUmrahTrip shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect claims, damages, or losses arising from flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling. Any extra costs incurred due to such changes (e.g., rebooking fees, hotel extensions, or additional transportation) will be borne solely by the user.
12. RATES AND PAYMENT
12.1 International Transaction Fees
(a) Rates displayed on the BookMyUmrahTrip website and mobile app are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) only, unless stated otherwise.
(b) Any transaction fees, foreign exchange conversion fees, or bank surcharges imposed when making payments or receiving refunds are not the responsibility of BookMyUmrahTrip. Users are advised to check with their respective banks or payment providers regarding applicable fees.
(c) Rates displayed on BookMyUmrahTrip’s website, mobile app, and other online/offline platforms are subject to currency fluctuations. Minor variations may occur due to real-time exchange rate changes. Once a booking is confirmed, the accepted price is final, and no refunds or adjustments will be provided for any price difference due to subsequent currency fluctuations.
13. Terms of Payment
13.1 Payment Methods
(a) Payments must be made at the time of booking using the accepted payment methods specified by BookMyUmrahTrip.
- Bookings not fully paid by the specified deadline may be automatically cancelled.
- In such cases, the User may forfeit any amounts already paid, subject to Provider and airline policies.
(b) Accepted payment methods include:
- Online bank transfers
- Debit/credit card/UPI payments
All card transactions are processed and debited at the point of purchase.
13.2 Deposit & Full Payment
(a) A minimum deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking confirmation. The deposit amount will be specified in the relevant package details.
(b) The balance payment must be settled at least forty-five (45) days before departure.
- Failure to make full payment within this timeline may result in cancellation of the booking.
- In such cases, cancellation charges will apply as per the Provider’s cancellation policy (see Clause 13.4).
(c) Once payment is completed and acknowledged, a booking confirmation will be sent to the User’s registered email.
(d) Any exceptions to these payment terms are subject to Provider and airline policies. If a refund is approved, the final amount may differ from the original payment due to deductions imposed by Providers or third parties.
13.3 Refundability of Payments
(a) Payments made toward a confirmed booking are generally non-refundable if the User:
- Cancels the booking, or
- Fails to show up for the trip.
(b) Limited exceptions may be considered where supported by valid documentation:
- Death of the traveler (official death certificate required)
- Hospitalization preventing travel (hospital-issued certificate required)
- Medical reasons supported by a recognized hospital-issued certificate (letters from general practitioners will not be accepted)
(c) Any approved refund in such exceptional cases will follow the refund structure outlined in Clause 13.4.
13.4 Cancellation Policy
(a) A cancellation of an Umrah package may occur under the following circumstances:
- Failure to make full payment within the deadline specified in Clause 13.2(b).
- User requests cancellation (which must be submitted in writing via email). Phone call cancellations will not be accepted. The effective cancellation date will be the date the written notice is received.
(b) If cancellation is made more than 45 days before departure, a management fee of ₹3,000 or 10% of the deposit paid (whichever is higher) will apply, in addition to any airline or Provider charges.
(c) Airline cancellation policies for promotional or restricted fares will apply in addition to the Provider’s standard cancellation charges.
(d) If a User wishes to reschedule their Umrah booking to another date or package, the original booking must first be cancelled.
- A compulsory amendment fee of ₹10,000 per person or 10% of the deposit (whichever is higher) will apply.
- Deposits from the original booking are non-transferable and will be forfeited.
- The new booking will be subject to current pricing and availability at the time of rebooking.
(e) BookMyUmrahTrip shall not be liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events beyond its control, including:
- Weather conditions, natural disasters, or pandemics
- Strikes, industrial disputes, or civil unrest
- War, political instability, or government-imposed restrictions
Refunds in such cases will follow the respective Provider, airline, or vendor policies.
13.5 Refunds
(a) Payments made for promotional bookings (e.g., travel fairs, roadshows, limited-time offers) are strictly non-refundable.
(b) No refund will be provided for unused services during the trip (e.g., accommodation, meals, sightseeing, tours, airfare, or other services included in the package).
(c) Refund requests for cancellations due to medical or health-related conditions may be considered case-by-case, subject to Provider approval (see Clause 9.1).
(d) Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., debit/credit card, bank transfer).
- Processing timelines may take up to thirty (30) working days from the official date of refund confirmation.
- BookMyUmrahTrip is not liable for delays caused by banking systems, Providers, or third-party vendors.
Note: Users are advised to carefully read the detailed Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the platform, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
14. TAXES, FEES & OTHER CHARGES
14.1 Airport Taxes & Fuel Taxes
(a) Airport taxes, fuel surcharges, and other applicable charges are subject to change due to international currency fluctuations and airline regulations. Users will be informed of any price adjustments during the booking process.
(b) Such taxes and charges may change even after booking confirmation due to airline or government-imposed revisions. Users must bear these additional costs as and when they become due before departure.
14.2 City Tax, Tourist Tax, Local Tax, and Stay Tax
(a) Since BookMyUmrahTrip continuously expands its Umrah destinations, different accommodations and regions may have varying policies regarding city taxes, tourist taxes, local taxes, or stay taxes. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our rates include all applicable hotel taxes.
(b) Users are personally responsible for any additional government-imposed taxes, fees, or charges levied under the applicable laws of the destination country. These charges must be settled directly with the relevant authorities or service providers as required.
15. HOTEL INFORMATION AND FACILITIES
15.1 Hotel Information
(a) BookMyUmrahTrip shall not be responsible for the accuracy of hotel information or for any facilities that may or may not be available during the user’s stay. The selection of a hotel does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement by BookMyUmrahTrip regarding its quality, service level, or rating. BookMyUmrahTrip expressly disclaims any representation, warranty, or undertaking regarding the suitability, status, or adequacy of any hotel listed by the service providers.
(b) Once a hotel booking is completed, a booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. The confirmation email will include the hotel’s cancellation policy, which is set by the respective provider.
(c) Photographs and maps (if available) are for reference purposes only. While BookMyUmrahTrip strives for accuracy, it is not responsible for errors or discrepancies in hotel descriptions, locations, or facilities. Users are encouraged to contact the hotel directly for the most up-to-date information.
(d) Hotels may undergo renovations, redecoration, or maintenance without prior notice. While hotels will attempt to minimize inconvenience, these activities are beyond BookMyUmrahTrip’s control.
(e) BookMyUmrahTrip shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, or incidents occurring during the user’s hotel stay.
(f) Users acknowledge that BookMyUmrahTrip only facilitates hotel bookings. Hotels are operated and fulfilled by third-party service providers, and additional hotel-specific terms and conditions may apply.
15.2 Accommodation for Adult/Child Fare and Specific Requests
(a) All hotels require at least one (1) adult (18 years or older) per room. Children aged 11 and under may stay free or with a reduced fare when sharing a room with paying adults, subject to hotel policies. Cribs for infants are available upon request and subject to availability.
(b) Standard twin-sharing accommodations are assigned to two (2) adults, unless the user specifically requests single occupancy under a group package. Room types available for group bookings include Single, Twin, Triple, and Quad, but specific bed configurations are subject to availability.
(c) Child fares are based on:
- Child with Bed (2-11 years old) – Sharing a room with two adults, using an extra bed provided by the hotel.
- Child without Bed (2-11 years old) – Sharing a room with two adults without an extra bed.
(d) BookMyUmrahTrip shall not be responsible for any dissatisfaction regarding room arrangements that were agreed upon at the time of booking.
(e) The standard child age policy (2-11 years) applies to most hotels, but some destinations may have different age criteria. BookMyUmrahTrip will notify users of such exceptions.
(f) If a child shares a room with one (1) adult, the child may be charged at an adult rate or as a "Child with Bed" fare.
(g) An infant is classified as under 2 years (24 months old) at the time of outbound flight departure. If an infant reaches 2 years old before the return flight, a child seat must be purchased.
(h) Any child aged 2 years or older must occupy a separate seat when traveling by air and must pay the applicable child fare.
(i) If the hotel listed in the Tour Programme becomes unavailable, BookMyUmrahTrip will use its best efforts to secure a similar hotel within the same category. However, BookMyUmrahTrip is not liable for hotel changes due to unavailability or security reasons.
(j) Standard hotel bookings include basic room categories. Room upgrades are not included unless explicitly requested and paid for.
(k) If a user modifies hotel bookings under a private/customized package, BookMyUmrahTrip is not responsible for room allocations.
(l) Last-minute changes to room arrangements will not be entertained. Users insisting on changes must bear all additional costs.
15.3 Additional Charges Made by the Hotel
(a) BookMyUmrahTrip has no control over extra charges imposed by hotels for facilities such as air conditioning, mini-fridge, safe, TV remote hire, or other in-room amenities. These charges must be paid directly to the hotel.
(b) Some hotels may impose fees for luggage storage, spa services, swimming pool access, sauna, or parking. BookMyUmrahTrip is not responsible for these additional fees.
15.4 Resort Fee
(a) Certain hotels charge a resort fee, which must be paid directly to the hotel upon check-in. BookMyUmrahTrip has no control over the implementation of resort fees.
15.5 Hotel Accommodation and Complaints
(a) If a user experiences issues with their hotel stay, they must immediately notify the hotel and attempt to resolve the issue on-site. If unresolved, the user should contact BookMyUmrahTrip immediately for assistance.
(b) If the issue remains unresolved, users must submit a formal complaint via email within three (3) days of checkout. Complaints must include the booking reference number and all relevant details.
(c) Failure to report the issue in a timely manner may affect the ability to resolve the complaint and could impact any claims for compensation.
15.6 Hotel Unable to Provide the Accommodation Booked
(a) If the originally booked hotel is closed, overbooked, under maintenance, or unable to provide accommodations, the hotelier or supplier is responsible for finding an alternative hotel of similar standard.
(b) If BookMyUmrahTrip receives prior notice of such changes, users will be informed via email.
(c) BookMyUmrahTrip is not liable for any losses or costs incurred due to last-minute hotel reassignments, as this is beyond its control.
15.7 Changes in Published Rates
(a) BookMyUmrahTrip reserves the right to correct any pricing errors caused by miscommunications from suppliers or hotels.
(b) In the event of a pricing error, users will have the option to:
- Maintain the booking at the corrected rate
- Cancel the booking
- Modify the booking to an alternative hotel, subject to availability
(c) Not all hotel rates apply to local markets, and hotels reserve the right to adjust pricing without notice for non-residents.
15.8 Promotion Codes
(a) Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. BookMyUmrahTrip reserves the right to adjust tour booking and hotel rate discounts at any time.
15.9 Visa
(a) Foreign visa applications – BookMyUmrahTrip shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss of passport, regardless of the cause, including but not limited to gross negligence by BookMyUmrahTrip, its employees, agents, or service providers.
(b) BookMyUmrahTrip shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from a user’s failure to obtain necessary travel documents or visas, or for non-compliance with immigration laws, regulations, orders, requirements, or policies.
15.10 Fair Events and Special Dates During Travel
(a) During specific travel periods such as sports events, festivals, exhibitions, and fairs, hotels may impose special conditions, restrictions, or price surcharges. Some of these changes may be communicated after the booking has been confirmed.
(b) BookMyUmrahTrip shall not be liable for any additional charges, availability issues, or conditions imposed by hotels or service providers during these special events. Users are advised to check event dates in advance and be aware of possible price fluctuations or restrictions.

(a) BookMyUmrahTrip welcomes constructive feedback from users as part of
16. FORCE MAJEURE
16.1 BookMyUmrahTrip shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, fires, etc.)
- Wars, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, political instability
- Government-imposed restrictions, travel bans, or lockdowns
- Epidemics, pandemics, or outbreaks declared by the World Health Organization (WHO) or government authorities
- Airline strikes, industrial disputes, labor shortages
- System failures, cyberattacks, power outages, or supply chain disruptions
16.2 In case of a Force Majeure event, BookMyUmrahTrip will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives, reschedule services, or issue refunds subject to provider policies. However, BookMyUmrahTrip shall not be obligated to compensate for losses, additional expenses, or inconveniences caused by such events.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
17.1 BookMyUmrahTrip acts as a facilitator for Umrah travel packages and is not directly responsible for the execution of services such as flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visa processing, or any third-party-provided service.
17.2 BookMyUmrahTrip shall not be liable for:
- Service disruptions, delays, or failures by third-party providers (hotels, airlines, visa agents, etc.).
- Loss of personal belongings, money, or travel documents.
- Injuries, illnesses, accidents, or medical emergencies during travel.
- Additional costs due to visa rejections, flight cancellations, or changes imposed by service providers.
- Errors in customer-provided information that result in booking issues, including incorrect passport details or failure to obtain required visas.
17.3 The total liability of BookMyUmrahTrip, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the affected booking.
18. USER CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
18.1 Users are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully during the Umrah journey. Any misconduct, illegal activities, or violations of Saudi Arabian laws may result in legal action, penalties, or removal from the group without any refund.
18.2 Users must comply with the following requirements:
- Carry valid travel documents, including passport and visa.
- Follow the rules and regulations set by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and other relevant authorities.
- Adhere to modest dress codes and conduct themselves appropriately in the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah.
- Refrain from any behavior that may disrupt fellow travelers, service providers, or local authorities.
18.3 BookMyUmrahTrip reserves the right to deny service or terminate bookings for users who:
- Provide false or misleading information during the booking process.
- Engage in disruptive behavior that affects the safety or experience of others.
- Fail to comply with visa, health, or legal requirements.
18.4 Users shall bear any additional costs incurred due to their own non-compliance, including fines, legal fees, deportation charges, or travel restrictions.
19. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
19.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.
