By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Nature of Services

BookMyUmrahTrip is a technology platform and booking facilitator.
Travel services (including flights, hotels, visas, and ground arrangements) are provided, operated, and invoiced by licensed service providers (“Providers”).
BookMyUmrahTrip does not act as the seller of travel services; it provides technology, customer support, and quality checks.

4. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and acceptance by the respective Provider.
Package prices, inclusions, exclusions, and payment milestones are defined by the Provider and displayed on the platform.
If BookMyUmrahTrip facilitates collection of payments, it is only on behalf of the Provider.
BookMyUmrahTrip reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of non-payment, suspected fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the specific terms of the Provider and the package selected.
BookMyUmrahTrip will assist in coordination, but the Provider’s policy shall prevail.
Refunds, if applicable, are released only after receipt of funds from the Provider or relevant third parties (airlines, hotels, consulates).
Processing timelines may vary depending on third-party suppliers and banking channels.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance as required.
You must comply with all legal, immigration, and religious regulations related to Umrah and Hajj travel.
Any additional costs or losses due to incomplete documentation or failure to comply with regulations will be borne by you.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the platform, including logos, trademarks, text, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to BookMyUmrahTrip (ThreeQube Travels Pvt. Ltd.).
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of platform content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

BookMyUmrahTrip acts as a technology platform and facilitator and is not liable for service failures, delays, or deficiencies by Providers or third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels, consulates).
BookMyUmrahTrip is not responsible for:
- Cancellations or changes by Providers
- Visa rejections, delays, or restrictions imposed by authorities
- Flight delays, natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure events
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookMyUmrahTrip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

9. Modifications to Terms

BookMyUmrahTrip reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be first attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
