2.1 Digital Service Delivery

  • BookMyUmrahTrip primarily provides digital services such as Umrah & Hajj package bookings, visa assistance, and itinerary planning.
  • Upon successful booking and payment confirmation, users will receive a confirmation email with their booking details, e-tickets, and travel itinerary within 24-48 hours.
  • Visa documents, if applicable, will be processed and shared with the customer as per the visa approval timeline set by the Saudi authorities.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring they provide correct contact details to receive booking confirmations and updates.

2.2 Physical Document Delivery (If Applicable)

  • In cases where physical documents (such as visa-stamped passports or travel kits) need to be delivered, BookMyUmrahTrip will dispatch them via a trusted courier service.
  • Delivery timelines will vary based on location:
    • Within India: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the dispatch date.
    • International: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country.
  • Customers will be provided with a tracking number once the package has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Digital services (e.g., e-tickets, visa approvals) do not incur shipping charges.
  • For physical document deliveries, applicable courier charges will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Customers may opt for express shipping, which will be charged additionally based on the courier provider’s rates.

4. Delivery Delays & Liability

  • BookMyUmrahTrip is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
    • Natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
    • Delays caused by courier services.
    • Incorrect shipping information provided by the user.
  • If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, users can contact our customer support for assistance.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, users must notify BookMyUmrahTrip within 48 hours of receiving (or not receiving) the package.
  • Investigations regarding lost shipments will be conducted with the respective courier provider, and a resolution will be provided as per the courier company’s policies.
  • In case of damaged shipments, users must provide photographic evidence, and BookMyUmrahTrip will facilitate reissuance or compensation based on case evaluation.
